There is no gain in using 3dTcat before 3dDeconvolve.
That @DDMB_analyze script is ancient, with the tutorial
page pointing to the Start to Finish class handout directory,
instead. If you want to follow along with an analysis example,
please consider those generated by afni_proc.py, such as:
AFNI_data6/FT_analysis/s15.proc.FT
