I got the newest version of Me-ICA script but I still have some questions. I preprocessed the data myself (slice timing correction, motion correction and co-registration to the template) and I just want to run the tedana script. I can make most of the subjects work but I have to change the kdaw and rdaw parameters for some of them.

If I have one group and I will change the kdaw and rdaw for some of the subjects will the group analysis be valid later on?
