AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi John

Judging from your use of --tlrc flag, you're using an older version, and I suggest you get the latest AFNI. You can follow [bitbucket.org] to keep track of versions and issues. The ME-ICA pipeline is designed to work with native space data (converted from DICOMs) and produce standard space volumes (if desired, using --MNI or --space flags). I'm not sure what other procedures have been applied to the data to get them into +tlrc space - these could have mangled the signal scaling. If you're up to it, you can upload the data (including anatomical if acquired) at

afni.nimh.nih.gov/sscc/upload

Let's start there.
