Thanks a lot for replying. I downloaded the data from the scanner once again and now there is no error about orig/tlrc issue but I am not sure if the data is concatenated properly now.
I uploaded the data on the afni server. I've send you an e-mail with the filename as advised. It includes 5 echos and a txt file with echo times. Unfortunately there is no anatomical data.
I have been struggling with this dataset for a month (I have more than 20 rats) so If you have any advice how to make it work It would be great.
