Right, ok, so you are viewing: slices of the FA map, and the representation of your '-gdset SET' is the yellow sphere+labels+connecting line (the color of the line is the matrix element value being represented).
The volumes showing the single connection (what was some long file pathway ending in 'NET_000_ROI_001_002+orig' in your previous message), is probably not visible because it is being shown as a slice by default, and not as a volume (same as your FA map). To view the volume: go to 'View' -> 'Object Controller'. When the controller opens, in the top row you see some buttons like 'Close' and 'BHelp'. Now, if you see one next to that called 'All Objs', life is a lot easier-- this is a feature available in recent AFNI builds that allows you to toggle through all your input data sets easily, and makes life much easier. In fact, I woudl recommend that you update your AFNI version to be able to have this. (Otherwise, selecting slice data is trickier.) I will assume that you have this feature... (it really does help things a lot.)
Click that button, and then you can click on the up/down arrows just to the right along the top to toggle through all the files you entered. Use the arrows to get to the filename that you want to see as volumes. Then on the left side fo the controller, near the bottom, is a section called 'Volume Rendering Controls'. Click the box next to the 'v' there (which will turn on the 'volume' viewer). Now, you should see volumes appear in the main viewer.
This and some more related information are also available online, as a growing help set for SUMA, FATCAT, and (to be) AFNI. See the announcement and links here:
