AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Afni experts,

Just as a separate question related to 3dQwarp as it may be a potential bug...

My anatomical and rsfmri scans are both RPI (using 3dinfo) and the AFNI MNI152 template that I warp to (3dQwarp) is also shown as -RPI using 3dinfo, however the output brain+tlrc is showing as LPI format? This may be a bug as both the inputs and template show RPI format and the MNI version of the brain shows as LPI. Looking at one of the structural images it does not appear to be brain flipped so I think it is an issue with setting that field correctly.

I am assuming I can manually correct this to RPI using 3drefit etc but thought I would point it out in case it is an actual bug or maybe I am missing some option.
