Just as an update, I noticed that there was a file called "upload.dcm" that was not included in the image pattern call...so I changed the code to this


Dimon -infile_pattern "*dcm" \
-gert_create_dataset \
-dicom_org \
-sort_by_acq_time \
-gert_write_as_nifti \
-gert_to3d_prefix ${subID}_rest

but now it looks like each step in the time series is switching between A-P... I'll email the file you requested
