Hi Stephanie,
With Ziad's departure, surface-based issues will
generally be a bit slow to resolve.
I expect that 3dROIstats (written by Tom Ross) is
interpreting node indices as mask indices from
the ROImask_lh_sup_post_Sync-Async.niml.dset mask
dataset. But in theory, node indices should be
stored as such when processed by 3D* programs.
What does 3dinfo show about that mask dataset?
3dinfo ROImask_lh_sup_post_Sync-Async.niml.dset
Try running 3dROIstats using column '[1]' from
the mask dataset. Since you used -full_list in
ROIgrow, hopefully it would be appropriate.
You could even run 3dROIstats on the mask
dataset, to make sure the mask indices are being
seen correctly.
3dROIstats -mask ROImask_lh_sup_post_Sync-Async.niml.dset'[1]' \
-mean -nzvoxels ROImask_lh_sup_post_Sync-Async.niml.dset
