It is the step that comes after this in afni when the data is resampled by underlaying the structural image to the functional recording that I am doing wrong. I've tried this multiple times and keep getting the same resolution of 7221032 voxels/nodes in my data and the TT_daemon brain map only has a resolution of 4643401 and with that all masks made from it. I just don't know which step I am missing and there is no documentation from my predecessors as to how they processed the data.

Thank you
