Hi Laura,

Can you verify what version of VirtualBox you have,
maybe under 'about' or something? The link we had
for downloading virtual box was a direct one to 4.1.8.
That was updated to 4.3.30, but just Friday. The
suggested version is here at download.virtualbox.org.

Please let us know if that was the problem. Sorry
if it was.
