Hi Jen,

It's a good choice if you want to increase the detection power especially when there are subtle HDR shape differences across condition, brain regions, subjects, and groups.

By parameters do you mean the ones in TENT(b,c,n)? With b=0, you may choose an integer n so that n*TR covers at least 12 seconds.
