History of AFNI updates

I forgot to mention the other change to the Clusterize report table -- the new linkRbrain button. Pressing this button takes the list of coordinates in the table and sends it to the linkrbrain.eu server, which will give back a list of noun phrases associated with that list of locations in the brain. This operation is somewhat distinct from the operations in SumsDB or NeuroSynth (available in AFNI's Where Am I? window) that provide information about a single location. linkRbrain provides information about a collection of locations -- not quite the same as a network, since it lacks the idea of connectivity.

Anyway, the linkRbrain button is available in Clusterize for your experimentation. By default, it sends all the coordinates triples in the table. If you right-click on the linkRbrain button, you can choose to limit the list to the top few entries in the cluster table. Also note that if a cluster is hidden (by turning its toggle off), its coordinates will not be sent.

We are planning to add more linkRbrain functionality to AFNI, if and when we get the time.
