When I used the
tcsh -xef proc.NI01_SMc |& tee output.proc.NI01_SMc
command I received an error message that the proc.NI01_SMc did not exist. I also noticed that one of the two original processing used a 3dDeconvolve command after the waver command. How can I fix this?
