Hi, Experts,

I have a simple experiment. To illustrate, a trial begins with first a "fixation (+)" appears (500 ms), then the target stimuli 1(1000 ms), followed by the target stimuli 2(1000 ms). The trial ends with a jittered ISI (2000ms ~4000ms). I want to use two regressors for this in the 3dDeconvolve: regressor 1 for target 1, and regressor 2 for target 2. I remember that somewhere, people discussed that we have to consider the correlation between two events (i.e., stimuli 1, stimuli 2). If the correlation is low (i.e., nonsignificant), we then can separately estimate the two responses. How can I do the correlation analysis? I appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks so much,
Juan
