AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I'm running an afni_proc script generated with the following command:

afni_proc.py -subj_id 2516FSorig -dsets 2516.AllRuns+orig -copy_anat 2516.FSorig.nii.gz -blocks tshift align volreg blur mask regress -volreg_align_e2a -regress_motion_per_run -regress_censor_motion 0.2 -regress_bandpass 0.01 0.1 -regress_apply_mot_types demean deriv -regress_est_blur_errts

I adjusted the volume registration to be epi to anatomy in the script but otherwise left it unchanged. It fails at the 3dTproject step, command:

3dTproject -polort 0 -input pb03.$subj.r*.blur+orig.HEAD -censor motion_${subj}_censor.1D -cenmode ZERO -ort X.nocensor.xmat.1D -prefix errts.${subj}.tproject

Error message:
Fatal Signal 11 (SIGSEGV) received
