Also, the processing has gotten fairly complicated.
It might be better not to adjust the actual proc
script except as a last resort. It is easy to miss
the effect of a change on other parts of the script.

As Peter suggested, add -volreg_align_e2a to the
afni_proc.py command and re-process.
