Hello,

I am having this same problem. I just updated my binaries and everything is still 0 for the control.grpincorr.niml file. I am not sure if Cesar ever worked this out?

I ran afni_proc.py to get the errts the files, aligned everything to the template, and am now trying for the group analysis. The individual errts files have values (albeit not as robust as I would like) but the combined group file is just black.

Below are the commands and output for the group setup/run.
