Because of the varying results, we are pondering how
to best write those instructions, and clearly have not
gotten around to updating them. Sorry.

However "afni_system_check.py -check_all" should
be able to suggest what to do.


For R, does that mean you added these?

brew install open-mpi
install.packages("Rmpi", type="source")

We will keep that in mind and try to do a clean
install to be sure.
