AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Daniel,

Could I ask one more thing?
I've decided to twig the color of gray02 map. So, I used MakeColorMap, with a text file containing ;
#i Label R G B A
1 bright 0.35 0.35 0.35 1
2 dark 0.6 0.6 0.6 1

(MakeColorMap -usercolutfile - MyTextFile.txt - suma_cmap gray20)

Then, there comes three colors, and when I check it with 'MakeColorMap -std gray02', it gives me,
0.54 0.54 0.54
0.35 0.35 0.35
0.60 0.60 0.60

Do you have any idea where I might make a mistake? I think it should be something with my text file. I just made it with Exel (saved as tab delineated) and when I 'cat' this file in my command window, it just show what is above there.

I do really appreciate all of your help! :)

Irene
