3dttest++ is supposed to generate those files TT.z9WstU9Zw8p.???.nii through permutations. For some reason these files were lost in your situation: Did you delete them by any chance?

You may try re-running the 3dttest++ script again, and see how it goes. One suggestion is that you provide a mask in the 3dttest++ script to 1) shorten the runtime, and, more importantly, 2) to alleviate the penalty of correction for FWE.
