Hello,

I was wondering, what exactly does 3ddot do? Specifically, I mean the -docor option (the default) - I know it's a spatial correlation, but is it something like the voxelwise Pearson's/Spearman's correlation coefficient between two images for example? Or is it just an overlap measure like the DIce coefficient (i.e. would it matter if the 2 images are "masks" with only zeroes and ones or if the same 2 images have a range of values?).

Thanks!

Best wishes,
Ahmed
