Those parameters look okay, but the question
is their relation to the estimated FWHM. Did
you include a mask in that command? It is
hard to tell (-mask is there, but not with the
rest of the command).

Also, even though that is an errts dataset,
please include -detrend, as is done in the proc
scripts.
