Hi JDC,

Exactly how do you want to process the data? Since
the steps are not simultaneous, perhaps the goal is
to bandpass regressors of no interest with the data,
except that both -polort 3 and censoring are only
applied in 3dDeconvolve. It is difficult to separate
censoring from the regression.

If you want to put all of this together, I suggest
using Example 11 from the afni_proc.py help, maybe
with an additional -regress_bandpass option.
