AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi,

I'm also having the same problem. I used @auto_tlrc to convert the anatomical data to standard space and then I used adwarp to convert the functional data to the standard space based on the transformation applied to the anatomical data. Afterwards GLM is applied to the functional data and correlation maps are created with respect to stimulus. When I overlay correlation results onto the anatomical data, the values are much higher than the range of the values. If I overlay the correlation maps on itself or onto the functional data in standard space, I see what I was expecting to see and the values are in the range. I also check the results with the commands 3dBrickStat and 3dInfo as suggested in the previous messages and the max min values are the same. I would appreciate if you could help me solving this interpolation problem and visualize the results on the anatomical data. Attached you can see the GUI screenshots with the data overlayed on the anatomical data and on itself.
