AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi AFNI experts,
We have 32 slices with descending order of acquisition and TR of 2 s in our fMRI experiment. So each voxel in the brain was acquired at these time points:
2.0000 1.9355 1.8710 1.8065 1.7419 ... 0.1935 0.1290 0.0645 0
An ROI was drawn on the anatomy image which had done '3dWarp -oblique2card' and was normalized to the standard space.
I need to know the acquisition time (acquired at which time point between 0 and 2 s) of all the voxels in this ROI for further analysis.
Do you know how to do this?
He
