AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Gang and thanks!

I posted a question here but I kept using google during the mean time. I have no idea why, but these particular settings did the trick for me in the /usr/lib64/R/etc/Malkeconf file. I had to include -fpic in both the 1st and 3rd option. I have no idea why this worked or why I did not have a ~/R/Makevars file or why my changes to ~/R/RcppEigen/skeleton/Makevars was not picked up.

CXX14 = g++ -fPIC
CXX14FLAGS = -O3
CXX14PICFLAGS = -fpic
CXX14STD = -std=gnu++1y

Thanks for your help!
