AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Pual,

I tried @SSwarper script but got error messages about starting Xvfb like these:

++ SSW Step 7

[1] + Exit 1 Xvfb :177 -screen 0 1024x768x24 >& /dev/null

** ERROR: can't start Xvfb -- exiting

Fatal server error:

[1] + Exit 1 Xvfb :115 -screen 0 1024x768x24

Do you know how to fix the problem?
In the end the output it suggests me to check the QC images but I couldn't find them in the directory.

Here is the script I ran:
set btemplate = MNI152_2009_template_SSW.nii.gz
set tpath = `@FindAfniDsetPath ${btemplate}`
if( "$tpath" == "" ) exit 1
set subj = C01
@SSwarper \
-input {$subj}_2_t1+orig \
-base $btemplate \
-subid $subj \

Thank you!
