What AFNI version do you have (output of "afni -ver")?

I think the proc script dumps the terminal output of commands run to make the APQC in a file called "out.review_html" in the *results directory. You can check that to see where errors are likely occurring-- and/or you could please send that to me to check. (I notice from your list of blocks that are present, none of the @chauffeur_afni/volumetric images are present, like in the vorig, ve2a and vstats blocks; you don't have a "tlrc" block, so there wouldn't be a va2t block present, anyways.)
