I am not seeing the full copy+pasted text. The full text is probably about 100 lines long in the terminal. The first line of it is:

I see an image called Missing_R_Packages.png that contains the bottom part only of the full "afni_system_check.py -check_all" output. It doesn't contain all the information about the system setup.
