Hi Heather,

I would expect this to be problematic whether using TENT or TENTzero. Since the times are basically TR-locked already, just go ahead and enforce it regardless of which version of TENTs you use. Use "timing_tool.py -round_times" on each file and see how that affects the results.

By the way, did afni_proc.py warn about this? I think it is supposed to. It might show up in the APQC html report.
