I've been unable to load the AFNI GUI because and keep getting this error message:
Precompiled binary linux_ubuntu_16_64: Feb 27 2023 (Version AFNI_23.0.06 'Commodus')

XLaunch was started before I tried to open afni with ubuntu on my Windows computer. I've been trying to trouble shoot, using both of these message board posts: [
afni.nimh.nih.gov] and [
afni.nimh.nih.gov]
Despite setting WSL version to 1 (I think), I continue to get the same error message as listed above.
