AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello all:

I have a 12-slice, 16-echo T2 dataset which is currently ordered as: TE0(slice0..slice11), TE1(slice0..slice11),..., TE15(slice0..slice11). We need to reorder it to slice0(TE0, TE1,..., TE15), slice1(TE0, TE1,..., TE15),..., slice11(TE0, TE1,..., TE15). Is there an AFNI utility that can do this efficiently?

I'm a bit rusty with AFNI, so although I know I can "address" the TE dimension as [0], [1], ..., [15], I don't know how to "address" the slice dimension or how to "glue" everything back together -- 3dTcat? 3dbucket? 3dcalc? Any advice you could provide would be greatly appreciated!

Kind regards,
Jeremy Smith
