Does the -nfirst option in 3dDeconvolve apply to the stim_files as well as the time series data?

That is, if I used "-nfirst 8" does the program start with the 8th line in the stim files or the first line? If it is the first line, then we need to make sure that line 0 in the stim file represents time point 8 in the time series data, correct?
