Hi,

I was reading that is recommended viewing the time series of images in 'cine' fashion before image registration. Xanim software is recommended for this purpose.
As far as I know, Xanim supports only .mov, .jpeg,. avi .mpeg file extensions. It doesn't support .img file extension.
I was wondering how can I run this software to see the time series of images, what file extension should I use .
