Hi all,

I just compared the "mean" statistic results of a 3D+t dataset using command "3dTstat -mean -prefix mean1 data+orig[0..$]" and "3D+t Statistic" plug-in with the option ignore=0. There is a very little differece between these two "mean"s. Are they all right?
