afni.nimh.nih.gov

I installed AFNI via wget described in the following webpage.
[afni.nimh.nih.gov]

But I could not start AFNI.
When I type any command such as "to3d" and "afni_vcheck", my linux responds "command not found".

Do I need any compile?
My OS is the "RedHat 7.2".
I could not find any further direction to install "AFNI".
