History of AFNI updates

Hi Sanghoon,

Just to be sure, when you are sitting in the 'linux_glibc21' directory,
you should test out, for example, afni_vcheck by typing:

./afni_vcheck

Also, to be sure about your response to Kevin, did you say that this
directory is in your path? To be sure of this, type:

echo $path

When you do this, you should see that directory in the list, such as:

/usr/X11R6/bin /usr/local/bin /usr/bin /bin /home/sanghooh/linux_glibc21

In this example you see the linux directory as the last element in the path.
If you do not see this, you need to update your path in your .cshrc file.

[afni.nimh.nih.gov]

If that is not enough detail, please let me know. BTW, this is a subject
of one of the next AFNI HowTos, coming sometime to a theater near you.
