I didn't know anyone used 3dUniformize. It sometimes gives strange (AKA "interesting") results. In the MRI community, the consensus seems to be that the N3 algorithm from MNI is "best". For these reasons, I've taken 3dUniformize out of the default targets. However, I suppose it isn't exactly hard to add this back in.

Using a favorite phrase of gov't employees: I'll take it under advisement. (I've always wanted to say that!)
