AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi,

I've been having problems creating 2D+time BRIK from Siemens diacom mosaic from a Vision scanner. I have 18 interleaved axial slices going from superior to inferior. The mosaic (8x8 layout) has 3 rows of images, with 8 slices in the frst 2 rows and only 2 slices on the last row.

I tried using the to3d command: (to3d -time:zt 18 102 3s alt+z fred*.ima). But the resulting images were out of order due to the interleaving. Moreover, in the coronal and sagital views, there were two brains, one floating on top of the other, again probably due to the interleaving. Are there any fixes for this?

Thanks,
linda
