AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

We'll have to get some sample files. Please upload a few such files (using the Upload button on the main message board page). Send e-mail to me and to Rich Hammett (rhammett@nih.gov) about this - he is now in charge of the image input functions in AFNI.

This will probably take a few days. Every time we inhale there is another variant on this format appearing, and we have to reverse-engineer them, patch the code, and then make sure it still works on all the sample files we've gathered. Ugh.

In your upload, describe the acquisition so that we know what they SHOULD look like.
