Dear Experts,
Running the following command to build a brik from one of our spiral fmri sequences:
to3d -epan -prefix A1668r1 -time:tz 246 20 1500 seqplus /holly/data2/jen/diss/A1668/run1_encA/'P01536.7.*'
results in a whole lot of errors in the Apri 8, 2003 version of afni
(sgi10k_6.5 binary)
to3d gets to the point where it says "counting" and then it flips out and sends the following sorts of errors to the screen:
** DICOM ERROR: oversize length=905988096 in element (8100,7700)
** DICOM ERROR: oversize length=855657984 in element (8200,8400)
** DICOM ERROR: oversize length=822102528 in element (8700,7c00)
** DICOM ERROR: oversize length=1006653952 in element (8900,8800)
** DICOM ERROR: oversize length=1006652672 in element (8700,8100)
** DICOM ERROR: oversize length=872433408 in element (7c00,7600)
** DICOM ERROR: oversize length=805325312 in element (7e00,7e00)
** DICOM ERROR: oversize length=939542272 in element (8b00,8400)
** DICOM ERROR: oversize length=872434944 in element (8700,8000)
** DICOM ERROR: oversize length=872437504 in element (8400,8500)
etc etc.
However, the same command run in the Oct 8 2002 version (2.51c) simply succeeds.
The images come from a GE scanner.
