AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi

I'm trying to convert data format using command to see original data is still remaining, even tought I ceonvert to ANALYZE format and convert back to AFNI HEAD and BRIK file

I tried simple two steps.

1. 3dAFNItoANALYZE data data+orig
2. to3d -time:zt 25 120 3000 seqplus '3D:0:0:64:64:25:*.img'

Our image data have axial acquisition, 25 slices, 120 scans, and 3.4 * 3.4 * 5.5 voxels.

I noticed that our image has been shift down quite a bit.
Did I do something worng or miss something?

Thank you.
