Hi Kelly,
Imon does much of the same processing as Ifile, and one of the things
it will output at the end is the z_delta, which is the image thickness,
plus the spacing. Since Imon can also spit out a GERT_Reco2 script,
Ziad has suggested that I add the same -sp option to Imon, which I will
do today or tomorrow.
At the moment, if you run "Imon -start_dir 002" (if 002 is your first data
directory), and terminate the program with <ctrl-c> when it finishes all
of the runs (or heck, after it finds just the first volume), then it will show
information on the volumes, including the z_delta.
Let me know if you have any questions about this.
