AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Thanks rick. Still some issues however. First. I am not clear, but from what you describe it seems to me that this procedure will only allow me to know what the actual thickness and spacing are. What is more important, however, is being able to tell to3d what they are without invoking the user interface, ie, through @renamepanga. Otherwise, as far as I can tell, there is no other way to get the slices in the correct locations.

In addition, I tried running Imon as you suggested. However, it did not work for me. I think the problem is that when I move my files from the GE machine to my local linux box, the filenames often get changed to lower case I's. Although I realize this is my own mistake, would it be possible to update IMon to accept upper and lower case I filenames?

Cheers

KJ
