You nailed the problem on the head. I indeed had two .1D stim files that were the same, as was evidenced by a shotgun 1dplot. Once I replaced the duplicate waveform with its proper, unique waveform, problem solved! I got a great bucket dataset revealing contrasts I had hoped I would see! Thanks again for your replies.
