I would say AFNI is 1/2 pixel off in both in-plane directions (R-L and S-I in this case)
if the information provided by dcdump is correct. The problem is that the
<-105.707\94.3996\111.07> provides 2 coordinates of the outside of the corner voxel
but 1 coordinate of the center of the coner voxel (plane position), and AFNI treats all
3 as at the center of the corner voxel.
