AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi again,
Thank you so much, and I don't mean to bruden, but I hope you could answer a couple more questions. Just to make sure we are on the same page:)
1. What happens when you use just 000000001-1 for your glt, with max lag of 0, and the wavered input?
2. What happens when you use 00000000111111-1-1-1-1-1-1 for your glt with a max lag of 5, and wavered input? Would all the results be useless or just the results for each time lag, but not for the LC given?
Those are two possible options we are faced with. Our intentions are to compare the magnitude of the two IRF's from our two variables. We initially thought the first way was right, but are having second thoughts.
We would greatly appreciate any feedback, especially for the second question.
Again we truely appreciate any help!
Jeremy
