Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

The volume created by @SUMA_Make_Spec_FS (Surface Volume) is typically not in alignment with the functional data. Perhaps you missed the part involving the alignment of the Surface Volume to the experiment's anatomical volume. For more info see the following sections on this page: [afni.nimh.nih.gov]
