AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Ziad,

I uploaded my sample data for you. Please take a look at it and kindly help me out. I list some more information about my data for your reference shown as follows. Please let me know if you need more information. Thanks a lot!

1. "JM_SUMA_orth+orig.BRIK" and "JM_SUMA_orth+orig.HEAD" are used to create COR files in FreeSurfer.

2. "JM_SUMA_SurfVol+orig.BRIK" and "JM_SUMA_SurfVol+orig.HEAD" are surface volume before alignment.

3. "JM_Pos*,8-15Hz,D3.svl" are functional data. I can see the functional activities in occipital area when I overlay the functional data on "JM_SUMA_orth+orig.BRIK", but I cannot see the functional activities in occipital area on "JM_SUMA_SurfVol+orig.BRIK" and "JM_SUMA_SurfVol_Alnd_Exp+orig.BRIK due to the shift of volume.

Best,
Yang
