AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hey Rick,

Thanks for the prompt reply.

You guys are great!

The plot deepens.

First, it does not seem to matter if the ABC file is already in the directory or not.

It does not crash at all if we run it on raw data.

However, we are running 3dTshift on the data before 2dImReg.

We got this idea from someone on the web.

If we run 2dImReg on the time shifted data, and we use the -dprefix option, the program crashes.

If we remove the -dprefix option, and we run 2dImReg on the time shifted data, it runs fine.

So the evidence is that there is some special problem in the link between time shifted data and the -dprefix option on 2dImReg.

Lets see what you think about that!
